1. Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge
Carrick-a-Rede one of Northern Ireland’s most loved attractions. Suspended across a 30-metre deep and 20-metre-wide chasm, this famous rope bridge was first erected in 1755 to connect salmon fishermen to the rocky island of Carrick-a-Rede.
2. The Lake Kilrea
Enjoy a water activity packed day at Ireland’s largest waterpark, situated in the Lake Kilrea. This is a must visit destination for thrills, spills and splashes, perfect for families and friends! The lake Kilrea offer park fun water activities for all ages, from giant icebergs and mega slides to wipeout balls and swirly bridges.

4. Giants Causeway
Recognised as one of Northern Ireland’s most precious landscapes is cared for by the National Trust, a registered conservation charity founded to protect beautiful and special places for ever, for everyone. The Giant’s Causeway and its surrounding areas boasts the most amazing scenery that is truly beautiful! The 40,000 basalt stone columns left by volcanic eruptions 60 million years ago, has captured the imagination of all who see it.
5. Rosepark Open Farm Ballymoney
The farm is a great place for all ages enabling their visitors to connect with nature and interact with lots of animals. It stands out from other farm attractions as it is spread over a mile and a half of beautiful wooded and rose walkways. The petting area allows visitors to see and handle a variety of animals. The beautiful blue lagoon has been transformed into an inland beach, which is a first of it’s kind here in Northern Ireland. They have two zip-wires on the farm where both adults and children can join in on the fun, as well as four bouncy castles permanently fixed on site and several play park areas. There really is something for everyone to discover and explore the outdoors at Rosepark Farm.
6. Bushmills Distillery Tour

8. Ballintoy Harbour / Whitepark Bay – local scenic gems and beaches
For those looking to capture a true sense of Irish rural life, Ballintoy Harbour is an ideal stop over whilst touring the coastal route. It can be discovered in the picturesque village of Ballintoy. Accessed by a spectacular, steep winding road, it is a painter’s paradise with sea stacks, rocky islands, pools and busy harbour leading to one of Europe’s great cliff-top and wild beach walks.
The stunning, sweeping sandy beach of White Park Bay is located in the small village of Ballintoy, County Antrim. The spectacular sandy beach forms a white arc between two headlands on the North Antrim Coast. The beach is also backed by ancient sand dunes which provide a range of rich habitats for bird and animal life.
9. Mussenden Temple / Benone Beach / Castlerock
Mussenden Temple perches dramatically on a 120 ft cliff top, high above the Atlantic Ocean on the north-western coast of Northern Ireland, offering spectacular views westwards over Downhill Strand towards Magilligan Point and County Donegal and to the east Castlerock beach towards Portstewart, Portrush and Fair Head.
Benone Strand, multiple recipient of the European Blue Flag Award, is a must-see when visiting the area. With seven miles of golden sand and a magnificent back drop of mountain and cliff scenery and stunning views across to Donegal, this is an attractive sightseeing environment along with the usual seaside activities including watersports, walking, picnic spots and fishing.
Castlerock is a 1km (0.7 mile) long stretch of beach between the sea cliffs of Downhill to the west and the Lower River Bann estuary known as the Barmouth to the east. The beach was awarded the Seaside Award in 2020.Castlerock beach backs on to the tranquil resort of Castlerock. The dunes to the east of the entrance are home to Castlerock Golf Club.
