An amazing experience! We had such a great stay at Blackknowe. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this place raised my expectations for future trips. As a family of 3 it was a perfect size…maybe tight if there were more but for us it was perfect. All basic necessities are provided and the pod was extraordinarily clean which during the current circumstances didn’t go unnoticed. Our host was amazing. Thankfully during our 2 night trip we didn’t need any additional help as all our questions had been answered in either emails or a handy cheat sheets left in the pod. The location is a little off track but the host did a super job in providing clear directions and even gave us updated directions due to roadworks which led us straight to the pod without issue. I had made an error during booking and notice thankfully before we arrived again I can’t fault the customer service I recieved and the error (again my own fault) was fixed with ease. Overall a fantastic stay in a fantastic location thank you for a wonderful weekend! Hoping to be back soon!
