Myself and my partner stayed over for 1 night in the pod in Black Knowe. The pod itself was immaculate, the surroundings were also beautiful. The campfire package was a lovely after dinner treat and such a novelty! The no loud noise after 10pm was a godsend and we really enjoyed the peaceful nature of the location. The bed was so soft and comfy, we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely book again at another location to mix things up. I recommend anyone thinking of booking to just do it! Next time hopefully the weather is slightly brighter for a BBQ. The hosts communicated very well and it was so easy to check in and out. We will be returning in the very near future.

Perfect location with a lovely view of the sea and harbour from the pod. The pods were spacious, wonderful both inside and out. Definitely worth it!

This was the second time we stayed at hillhead farm pods. We booked all three pods and came with friends. Our friends were so impressed with the site and the facilities within the pod. The views were stunning and we had the best time around the fire pit. Such a relaxing place to stay and we will definitely be back. Hosts are lovely, responded to our late night firewood request which everyone was so impressed by. We’ve had so many people ask us where we stayed because of the pictures and how much fun we had. The surrounding area has a lot to offer too.
“Could not fault anything as all needs catered for”
Wonderful glamping experience. Pod was spotless and so warm and comfy for 2 adults and 2 children who had their own bunk beds. Views overlooking the sea just beautiful and so peaceful. Kids had a great time toasting marshmallows on camp fire. Could not fault anything as all needs catered for. Full size shower was great too! Just wish there was dates available this summer so we could go back. There’s always next year.

I can not explain how relaxing and comfortable our stay at our pod was. I loved the campfire experience and waking up to the gorgeous sea views. It was really special. I am 6 months pregnant and felt the beds and shower was fantastic! I am dying to return to Glenarm Castle! Thank you
