Fabulous stay, hotel standard comforts with the benefits of camping in nature, the perfect combination. The pods are immaculate, very well maintained and so thoughtfully designed. Will definitely be back!

This is my second time, in as many months, staying at the pods at Glenarm. I am a tourist guide and am always checking out new accommodation options so I can recommend them to my guests. I am also a hillwalker and on both my stays at Glenarm, I arrived to the pods at the end of a long walk.

I cannot praise the pods enough – they have everything I need for a perfect stay. On my first stay, I had access to the firepit; and on my last stay (two nights ago) I was really glad of the hot tub. It took just over 2 hours to heat the water to a perfect ache-soothing temperature, and as I bathed in the hot water, under a full moon, looking out over the distant lights of Glenarm harbour, I could not have asked for anything more.

The pods have been expertly designed with a really surprising amount of room in the shower and in the very comfortable double, fold-out bed. The little bunks room at the rear is lovely and cosy, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom meant that when I arrived in the pod, cold and tired, I was warm and comfortable again in no time.

Communication with Further Space is perfect – all the information is clear, accurate and timely; and the site itself is pristine. Little twinkling lights give a sense of magic; the layout of the pods also gives privacy; there is ample carparking space, access to water, a shortcut path down to the village, and of course those breathtaking views.

I will be recommending the pods to my tour groups this year, as well as to industry professionals. For a single person, a romantic couple, a family, or even just friends, this is a really wonderful place to relax.

A tip from me was to bring a toaster – I did this both times and that allowed me to have a lovely cuppa and breakfast, sitting on the comfortable little chairs in the porch, watching the sunrise over the Irish Sea: heaven.

Wow really impressed by this little accommodation, absolutely loved it. The layout and design is ingenious it had everything we needed and more. Warm, clean, cosy and comfortable we stayed one night but it felt much longer and provided the quiet relaxing break we needed. Glenarm forestpark is a short distance away and great for a walk in beautiful surroundings. We have already booked to stay in another pod in a different location and can’t wait for our next trip!

My friend and I stayed with our two children (8&3). The pod was comfortable and cozy. We had the most relaxing experience. The campfire option is a must to do. Plenty to drive to to keep the kids entertained. We will definitely be booking a return visit!

“The pod was spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable”

Lovely stay! Check in was very straightforward, designated parking and easy to find. The pod was spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The fire pit and view was definitely the highlight for us. In terms of the area we had a lovely lunch at Glenarm castle tea rooms and a lovely breakfast the next morning at Twilight cafe in Carnlough. We all agreed it was very relaxing and private and so would definitely return.

“Beautiful scenery and a great location”

Excellent couples getaway

Beautiful scenery and a great location

“this is an incredible experience! Amazing views to wake up to”

This is an incredible experience! Nestled behind the Glenarm Castle on the hill with some amazing views to wake up to, this Airbnb is quite special. Our toddler loved everything from her bunk bed to the fire pit to the shower to the walk down to the street! The pods are clean, super modern and a joy to be in. Only downside is that most restaurants in town were closed and so we had few food options but managed! Would highly recommend!

“Most enjoyable Experience”

Most enjoyable Experience. cost allowed free entry to the castle gardens. Good breakfast served. Pods were very comfortable
